Habba Khtatoon mountain separates Gurez from the Tulail region. The best path to climb the Habba Khtatoon mountain is through the Barnoi route. The slope is gentle from this side than the front pyramidal side of the mountain. People of Barnoi collect the famous Gurzei Kala Zeera (Cumin Seeds) from the backside of the Habba Khatoon mountain. Which is one of the most expensive types of Cumin seeds and not easily available in markets.
